We’re having a baptism tomorrow! The Sunday before
last we invited Eric and Carmen’s family to our house
for lunch. That afternoon their daughter, Elisa, accepted
the Lord! Tomorrow Eric, Junior, and Elisa plan to be baptized.
Mynor (the other man who came to Christ in our Sunday school
class) and about 10 others will also be baptized.
Please pray specifically for Carmen. She has a heart condition
that often causes her to be bedridden. She has been in bed
for a couple of weeks. Please pray that God would give her
the health necessary to go to the baptism tomorrow. We would
love to se her baptized also, but she is very afraid of getting
sick from the exposure to cold water.
Angela's teacher, Katia, is coming to our house for lunch today
with her son and her husband, Mynor. This Mynor is an unbeliever.
Please pray that Katia will come to the baptism. Her family
is pressuring
her
to baptize
her
new baby. She is a believer, but she needs to become involved
in a good church.
