Baptism
in the daycare
  Dear
Praying Family,
Sunday was our third week meeting in the daycare building.
We've come to the conclusion that it is only a temporary
solution. There's no room to grow! I wish we could show you
a picture of our service, but we were so busy with everything
going on that we forgot to take pictures until the baptism
and lunch. (The picture above left is from our first Sunday
there.)
We had a good group of 68 people. Several unsaved family
members visited for the first time to see their daughter
or mother's baptism. I shared the reason for the baptism
- these believers were proclaiming publicly that they had
accepted Christ as their Savior and desire to obey Him as
Lord.
After the baptism
we celebrated the Lord's Supper and shared a lunch in the "living room".
The building has a patio in back which serves as our auditorium.
We have only
one classroom available for Sunday school and we average
11 children between the ages of 2 and 11. Please pray for
a larger facility in the near future and for a building of
our own some day!
Thank you for praying!

P.S. Sammy started really walking today - 5 steps! (He had
his first birthday last Sunday.)
P.P.S. Please
also pray for the Peruvian elections on Sunday!
